Golfers

The Golfer Module is provided with all Focus/2000 software products. It is used to set up and maintain information about the golfers in your group, or members at your club.

• Add, change, or delete golfers.
• Print or display abbreviated or full golfer lists.
• If some golfers play in more than one golf group or league, set the golfers up in one group or league and move them to other group(s). You can optionally move any scores for golfers to other groups or leagues.
• If golfers play at your club only during certain times of the year, or in your golf league some years but not others, you can move golfers from an active state to inactive. All golfer information, including handicaps and scores, are moved to inactive. Golfers (including their scores) may be moved back to an active status at any time.

• Set the dues amount for all group members, enter payments, and calculate balances due. Use a report that lists all members, the outstanding balance for each, and phone numbers to assist in collection. letters and correspondence to your golfers.
• Create a mail-merge file of golfer names and addresses that you can with your word processor to send personalized letters and correspondence to your golfers.
• Print mailing labels for your golfers.
